Hayley - Nursery Manager

Having worked in Early Years for the past 12 years, I have gained a huge amount of experience whilst managing my 48 place Children’s Centre Nursery and for the last 5 years my large 107 place nursery with a 27 strong team. From previous experience I truly believe that a 33 place nursery is perfect for Roade as this will enable us to offer a home from home environment. I am a strong believer in “Parent Partnership” and I will strive to ensure that all parents know our small team well. My team will document and follow your child’s learning and extend their learning needs from their interests.

I have been working very closely for the last 5 years with Roade and Ashton Primary Schools offering a before and afterschool service. I am proud to have built up over this period an excellent reputation and I have a genuine honest love for all the children that I care for. My previous experience also includes Nursery, Pre-school and Primary settings.

We both live locally and our children have had the pleasure of attending Roade Primary School and Elizabeth Woodville School. As we are both working families we feel that Roade Day Nursery and Pre-school was a long awaited and much needed service to our community as we have both experienced difficulty in finding quality, available and local childcare over the years.
