From a parent who has experienced several nursery settings over the years, I can say with certainty, Roade Day Nursery has been by far the best. The strong bonds my son built with both staff and friends in his time there, is testament to the loving and nurturing environment of the nursery, with love, laughter and cuddles being in unlimited supply. The open plan setting of the nursery is bright and airy, giving the children opportunity to mix well with all age groups, while still maintaining high level security. With the different sections of the room allowing for all types of play from messy to quiet story time without overlapping. The outdoor area is great, not only for a good run around but the vegetable garden and small animals ensure that the children are constantly learning new things and how to care for others. Thank you so much for helping my little boy become the happy, smiley and confident child he was for his first day at school. The only downside being how much we both miss you all! - 04/10/2017

Choosing the right nursery for your child is a very important decision. You want a nursery that will offer your child an enjoyable and happy experience, a place that will support their all-round development and somewhere they will flourish and grow in a safe and secure environment. I couldn't recommend Roade Day Nursery enough. My son had absolutely no trouble settling in, he loves telling me all about his day & loves all of the fantastic, friendly staff. His speech has come on leaps and bounds since starting a couple of months ago and he has learned so much. Super glad I sent him here and know he will continue to bloom until he goes to school! 18/03/2017

If you're looking for a nursery folks, then hang up your hat because your search is over. I am one happy Mummy that Roade Day Nursery came to town (or village so to speak) and more importantly so is my little boy. Firstly, the nursery is purpose built which in my experience is a massive positive. There is so much bright, open plan space for the children.....no higgledy-piggledy make do buildings here. The outside space is amazing with plenty of covered areas for playing in our inclement weather. The range of activities the children experience is wonderful. Baking, painting, circle time, lots of opportunities for messy play, lots of outdoor fun and rabbits to stroke too. Now all of the above is pretty wonderful, but what makes the nursery exceptional is the staff. They are warm, always wearing a smile, bubbly, enthusiastic, and pretty darn wonderful with our children. I get a true sense that the children are nurtured and cared for. My little boy runs into nursery without a backward glance and that is all the assurance I need. Roade Day Nursery rocks - 03/03/2017
Really happy with the nursery staff and facilities, my little one has been coming here for just over a month and has settled well. She enjoys the variety of activities which change daily to keep it fresh and interesting. Lots of outdoor play to help them burn off some energy ! the nursery has everything you could hope for in a warm and engaging setting for any child. My favourite part of the day is coming to collect her getting a sneaky look at her playing before she spots me to run over for a cuddle - 02/03/2017
Each day that I pick my child up I have a smile from ear to ear. Activities, multiple messy plays, reading areas, outdoor class rooms, coming home with paintings, cakes that they have decorated and so much more. After leaving a highly recommended and reputable nursery, we felt we wouldn't find better, I couldn't have been more wrong. RDN exceeds all expectations and I could not recommend it enough. A friendly and welcoming nursery where the children are paramount and treated as if they were their own. They are on the ball and very communicative. They do lots of activities and have a brilliant outside space which can be used all year round as it is part covered. My son loves it and you can't ask for a better recommendation than that - 19/12/2016
My eldest daughter had been with a fantastic childminder since she was 8months old, now 3 I was very wary of changing her completely. As she was three she needed to go to a preschool and after visiting the setting I felt comfortable, the staff were accommodating, friendly and the atmosphere was just perfect. She started going 2 days a week but she soon wanted to go for longer so we have now decided to put her in full time (my working week) and her 10month old sibling will be going as well after Christmas.
The setting is amazing, my daughter has come on leaps and bounds. Her teachers know everything about her and her interests, needs and personality and always provide me with day to day update on what she has being doing during that particular day.
I really cannot recommend this setting enough, it's amazing!! They are like an extended family, couldn't ask for more! They genuinely care and have a passion for each child as individual to help them grow socially and educationally - 17/12/2016
